Equita and Bocconi University celebrate the ninth anniversary of their partnership with the traditional annual conference aimed at analysing and promoting capital markets. Over the years the partnership made a relevant number of policy recommendations that over time contributed to regulatory improvements and initiatives for the sake of capital markets.
Bocconi Equita 2022: “PNRR, financial markets and recovery of the Italian economy”
The event – part of the long-standing partnership between Equita and Bocconi University to favour the development of capital markets in Italy – will focus on PNRR initiative and its implications on financial markets and recovery in Italy. Stefano Gatti (Antin IP Associate Professor of Infrastructure Finance, Università Bocconi) and Stefano Caselli (Dean for International Affairs, Università Bocconi) will examine, respectively, the debt of Italian corporates in the post-Covid scenario and the new policies that could be introduced at Italian level to favour access to equity financial markets.
Then, a round table – moderated by Sara Biglieri (Chairman, Equita) – will take place and standing professionals like Guido Maria Brera (Director and Chief Investment Officer, Kairos Partners SGR), Andrea Montanino (Chief Economist, CDP), Marina Natale (CEO, AMCO) and Alessandra Pasini (CFO, SNAM) will discuss about the post-pandemic scenario in Italy and the importance of well-functioning capital markets.
Following the round table, Fabrizio Testa (CEO, Borsa Italiana) will intervene with his institutional speech.
Monitor on Capital Markets in Italy and Equita award for the best strategies on capital markets
During the event Equita will present its sixth Monitor on Capital Markets in Italy – edited by the investment banking team – and will deliver the “Equita awards for the best strategies on capital markets” for the following categories: fundraising in Debt Capital Markets – both traditional and ESG, fundraising in Equity Capital Markets – Euronext Milan, fundraising in Equity Capital Markets – Euronext Growth Milan. The prize, sponsored by Borsa Italiana and Bocconi University, awards the companies that distinguished in debt and equity fund raising activities and that exploited capital markets to implement their strategic plans and achieve business goals.
